This is the signature Yin and Yang package offered by Mountain Whitewater Descents and Body and Spa Rituals.  Enjoy a thrilling, half-day whitewater rafting trip in the morning that is sure to get your adrenalin pumping and your muscles working hard.

After your rafting trip, you can grab some lunch in town and then head to Body & Spa Rituals. Once at the spa, you will wind-down, relax and find your sense of inner peace with a magnificent massage, hydrating facial and express manacure.

This package includes a half-day, AM Plunge, whitewater rafting trip with Mountain Whitewater Descents; all of your rafting equipment including wetsuit, gloves & booties; a Mountain Whitewater Descents t-shirt; a thirty minute express manacure; A one-hour Signature Massage

and a half-hour Mini Facial at Body and Spa Rituals.

Four people maximum per package. Please ask our office staff about special options for groups larger than four people.  Meeting Times are 8am for the Rafting Trip at MWD and 2pm for your spa appointment at Body and Spa Rituals.
